§ How it works

Four steps. No sales friction.

You upload your signed contracts

PDFs of your order forms and amendments. Our OCR + Claude extraction pipeline identifies products, editions, volumes, unit prices, discounts, negotiated clauses and usage restrictions. You validate the extraction before it feeds the database.

You earn credits

Every validated signed contract earns you 5 credits. Three contracts give you enough to run a benchmark. No money changes hands — a peer-to-peer exchange.

You benchmark a proposal

Upload an unsigned vendor proposal. We return your positioning vs. the comparable cohort: percentile pricing, clauses others got that you don't have, negotiation levers ranked by impact.

You negotiate with evidence

The report says "67% of comparable contracts secured a 5% auto-renewal cap" — not your neighbour's exact price. Anonymised, but enough to walk back into the room with leverage.

A benchmark only has value if the data is clean. Our job: keep vendors and impostors out, to protect statistical integrity for every member.

Manual verification

Every signup is reviewed: business email, LinkedIn profile, job title, company. Vendor domains are blacklisted. Average response time: 24 business hours.

k ≥ 5 anonymisation

No statistic is shown unless at least 5 comparable contracts exist. You never see another member's terms — only aggregated distributions.

You stay the owner

Your contracts are encrypted at rest. Delete them at any time and your contribution is removed from future benchmarks. GDPR-compliant by design.
